I had installed a new connection in Act for a total of 5, 300 with the plan (ACT basic 6M + Router) in July 2022. On August, they sent payment notification and received a call to complete the payment. But I had paid for six months, so I opened a ticket for more clarification, but I never received a response.
After a few days, I called the toll-free number, and they informed me that static ip is charged.
However, I did not request a static IP address and was therefore unaware of its existence.
A few hours later, a service representative called to explain that they had added a free static IP address prior to the VPN problem.
The billing team has charged for the free static IP address.
I had continued to create the ticket, but the actual issue had not been resolved.
From the 15th to the 21st of August, internet service was very poor, with even Google pages taking a long time to load, and from the 21st to today, they suspended my connection.
They informed us on 22 August 18:44 that our account had been reactivated and that the billed amount would be refunded. They disconnected my connection again a few hours later due to an outstanding bill.
I sent emails to helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in and helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in, as well as raised a ticket via Quick Chat, my app, and calling customer service, but none of them resolved the issue.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, please refund my money and disconnect the connection and also please don't cheat the customers.
