[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act is not responding for the refund | |||
I applied for a new ACT broad band connection, executive came in person and collected documents and 3 months advance amount. Later received a msg from ACT saying, refund is initiated due no network in our area. Jan 4th ACT taken bank details through mail, but till now amount is not been refunded. I called customer care to know status, but they are not responding properly. They say, they transfer to the concerned department, but even after i wait for 8 mins no body pick the call.
