[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Act not responding for my connection closure request

I want to disconnect my act internet connection as i am vacating my house. I have sent multiple mails there was no reply and no action taken on it. I couldn't reach any of the customer services since lines always seems to be busy or out of reach.
Please disconnect my act net connection and please refund the advance amount given.

It has been more than a month since i have raised complaints and sent multiple mails no response from act, and i have vacated the house also still i am getting message from act for payment. Please close the connection
