ACT Fibernet — ACT not working in Kasturi Nagar. Refund back my amount

I am using ACT fibernet from past 10 years, but from 1 and half year i am not at all happy the way they are giving the service. Everytime i have recharged for almost 6 months in advance. But i am very unfortunate to say that every alternative days i have to register a complaint for internet not working and local techincal will solve the issue for temporary and they will ask for not opeing the ticket again and they will share their number. Next day again same procedure internet goes and i have to call the local person if he doesnt attend call for 3 times then i will reopen the ticket again. This has become routine from past 5 months. I am fed up and i want my money back. There are other services available at very affordable prices. No need to pay premium prices like ACT. I hope i am reaching ACT head or conerned person here, so that either they can give better service or refund me so that i can shift to other service soon.
