[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act poor/fraud service | |||||
I've applied for act connection on 16th feb 2018 to which act sales executive (Mr. Venkatesh) came and collected all the money on 17th feb 2018 and told me that connection will be done within 2 days. It has already been more than one week and act is not able to provide me the connection. On 23th feb (After 5 days), your field persons came and decided that they need to install some box. On 25th feb, another team came and they also figured out that they need to install the box and when i asked why the previous team didn't communicate, they have no idea. I don't know the issue here, but it seems like teams within act don't have proper communication. I've already called customer care 5 times and every time they are saying it will be resolved within 24 hours. User id[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
