I had an ACT connection. acct[protected].
In November, the network was not working due to a technical issue. ACT did not rectify the issue for over 3 weeks, however I was charged for this period. I got fed up with false promises from Customer service. I finally decided to cancel the connection.
ACT has to refund me for the 3 weeks when net did not work PLUS the amt paid for the remaining period.
ACT customer service used to be good few years ago, now its all gone to dogs. They dont care about the existing customer base. Too bad, seeing one of the best internet companies treating customers like this.
I hope someone responsible will take this up and get my refund done.
I am willing to take the connection back on two conditions.
1. REFUND ME 2 MONTHS OF CONNECTION AMT ALREADY PAID
2. CHANGE OWNERSHIP NAME WITHOUT ANY ADDL CHARGES AS WIRING IS STILL IN PLACE. Was this information helpful? |
