I had an ACT connection of 6moth plan and renewed it again, and due to the feasibility issue of placing the junction box the disconnection of it has been raised and accepted on Dec30-2024 after couple of followup's.
During that time it has been promised that within 7 to 10 days router recovery shall happen, and after that only the refun amount shall be intiated and that would get completed in another 7 to 10 days.
Its been one month but still router recovery not happened. After 10days started calling customer care and they keepon mentioned the same will escalate with high priority and it will get receovered within 1/2 days but that also didn't happened even after multiple followup's.[contacted customer care more than 7times]. In between from router reovery 2times they called about the availability and location details for recovery but they haven't arrived, when called back again no response from them.
Atlast last week saturday(25th Jan) one customer care employee mentioned about the supervisor callback facility and they arranged after 2hrs. Even the supervisor(25th Jan) promised that within 26th jan will do the needful but no one contacted for the router recovery, again Monday(27th Jan) discussed with supervisor callabck arragement he told maximum 100% shall arrange for recovery on same day but still no updates.
Again called customer care on Monday 27th night to arrange supervisor callback, but not received any call until Tuesday(28th) noon 1pm. So again called customer care to connect with supervisor and it has been mentioned as supervisor busy with other escalation call in next 30min supervisor shall call back.
Not sure until how this will keep on going, kindly comment is there a way to escalate and get it resolved. Was this information helpful? |
