ACT router recovery + refund pending for while

I had an ACT connection of 6moth plan and renewed it again, and due to the feasibility issue of placing the junction box the disconnection of it has been raised and accepted on Dec30-2024 after couple of followup's.

During that time it has been promised that within 7 to 10 days router recovery shall happen, and after that only the refun amount shall be intiated and that would get completed in another 7 to 10 days.

New connection cancellation and refund SR10273903252521

I booked the connection on December 31st 2024 online using their app and paid the 6 months advance rental plan of 400Mbps. They call to get the online document collection and confirmed the payment is done. After that, nobody contacted me till now and I had to book a new connection with different provider.
Now whenever I call, they say the workorder is still open and till it's closed, I won't get the refund. This is ridiculous. How...

ACT Broadband wire is hanging very low

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against ACT Fibernet for unethical practices and fraudulent behavior regarding my internet connection.

Details of the Incident:

Amount Paid: ₹1, 943 for 3 months of service

Since the activation of my service on 12th September 2024, the internet connection has never worked. I have raised multiple complaints via customer support, but no resolution has been provided despite my numerous follow-ups. These interactions include phone calls, messages, and chats, all of which have gone unresolved.
On 29th September 2024, after missing an important meeting due to the non-functional connection, I requested the disconnection of the service and a full refund as per ACT Fibernet’s 29-day refund policy. However, despite several requests, ACT Fibernet has neither disconnected my service nor processed the refund, which leads me to believe that they are intentionally delaying the process to push past the refund window and avoid refunding my payment.
Associated Individuals:
I was assisted in setting up the connection by Abhay Srivastava (Contact Number: [protected]). Additionally, the dealer who referred me to ACT Fibernet, Satish (Contact Number: [protected]), has also been involved in fraudulent behavior, falsely advertising the quality of the service and refusing to assist me in resolving these issues.

After reviewing customer reviews online, I have come across numerous complaints of similar nature, which indicates that this may be a pattern of fraudulent behavior.
Request for Action:
I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
Immediate disconnection of the ACT Fibernet service.
Full refund of ₹1, 943.
Investigation of Abhay Srivastava and Satish for their role in facilitating this fraudulent behavior.
Investigation into ACT Fibernet’s business practices, as it seems they are engaging in unethical and deceitful conduct with many consumers.

Payment proof and service documentation.
I request your immediate intervention and action in this matter.

    I was asked to pay 6 months advanced by the sales people to get the connection in 24hrs done but it’s been more than 48hrs I haven’t received any update from the sales or the area head/lead. They are clueless about the status and the chat support is the most unprofessional. They cut the call in between and do not even care to listen to the consumer.

        ACT broadband promised Rs. 50 credit for junction box when they installed in my apartment. I am ACT customer since 2020. Recently for last 5 months the credit was suddenly stopped without any intimation or a formal communication.
        This is NOT ACCEPTABLE on ACT's part by cheating a customer like this.

          not promised speed / no new router

          On March 3rd 2024 I moved to a 400 MBPS plan for 6 month and paid the amount.

          I was getting the same speed of 300 mbps as per my previous plan.

          When contacting support, they do basic troubleshooting and speed is still the same. Support team further told that my router only support speed of 200, above that it cannot provide. I informed agent to make changes so that I get the router delivered.

          Internet connectivity issue

          Dear Team,

          Last Friday I lost the Internet connection to my home, I was waiting and raised a complaint on Monday 22nd April, Still it was not resolved.
          Daily am calling them for resolution, they will say it will get fixed in 2 hours, but not getting it fixed.

          The issue was junction box, and they are unable to place it somewhere and they are delaying it from one week.

          The service NEVER offers consistent connection. It says on their website that you'll get 24/7 connection.
          I've raised countless tickets in their app but the issues are recurring.
          What's the point if you have to end up using your mobile data anyway.

            Dec 15th 2023 the Junction board unit and the connection were disconnected by your technical people of ACT. Still the connection is mentioned as retained until Apr 2024 and dues of payment is raised.

            Why should one pay when no service was provided for the period of Jan to March 2024. Already the advance was paid for the six months period of Oct 23 to Mar 24. The usage details of my account and the connection in my building can also be checked if anyone wants to visit my building.

            Refund Ticket (SR[protected]) raised and escallation team suggests that a waiver shall be considered only on renewal of connection. This is ridiculous and non-complying to proper consumer customer services when the connection is already disconnected with no refund.

                    I raised shifting request in ACT website for the relocated address which is roughly within 2 km from old address. Till now I didn't get any help for shifting and I am following up each and every day with customer care for help. Each time they told they will help today but of no use till now.                       Raised requests to shift ACT Connection on Friday 8-2-24, was supposed to get connected by 10-2-24, it's 13-2-24 today still not connected.
                      Unable to work, paid for full months internet..
                      Rejected ticket stating incorrect documents, I hv uploaded salesdeed and also possession paper of flat. Why is it still taking time.

                        I have paid the internet connection bill for a period of one year.Now they have generated a bill.for OTT charges for which also I have paid in advance. Since there billing system is produced in adavance they have generated a bill for next month and now I'm told to pay the advance bill otherwise thay gone a suspend my internet connection. How can they disconnect internet connection if they have pending advance bill for the next month

                          I have been facing frequent internet disconnection problems right from the time I took ACT. Service engineer informed me that the junction box is in a driving school (next building). The shop owner switches it off and that's why my internet goes off for 5-6 hours daily. Looks like your field engineer didn't set up the box inside my building during installation.

                          I gave a disconnection request but Arun from your company cancelled it and created a ticket for reconnection. I DID NOT raise a reconnection request. Field engineers came to my premises and they said installation of junction box inside my building is not possible. My internet is not working from Friday and I am unable to work. I want to go for cancellation. Refund the money for remaining 5 months. I want my money back.
