I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against ACT Fibernet for unethical practices and fraudulent behavior regarding my internet connection.

Since the activation of my service on 12th September 2024, the internet connection has never worked. I have raised multiple complaints via customer support, but no resolution has been provided despite my numerous follow-ups. These interactions include phone calls, messages, and chats, all of which have gone unresolved.
On 29th September 2024, after missing an important meeting due to the non-functional connection, I requested the disconnection of the service and a full refund as per ACT Fibernet’s 29-day refund policy. However, despite several requests, ACT Fibernet has neither disconnected my service nor processed the refund, which leads me to believe that they are intentionally delaying the process to push past the refund window and avoid refunding my payment.
Associated Individuals:
I was assisted in setting up the connection by Abhay Srivastava (Contact Number: [protected]). Additionally, the dealer who referred me to ACT Fibernet, Satish (Contact Number: [protected]), has also been involved in fraudulent behavior, falsely advertising the quality of the service and refusing to assist me in resolving these issues.
After reviewing customer reviews online, I have come across numerous complaints of similar nature, which indicates that this may be a pattern of fraudulent behavior.
Request for Action:
I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
Immediate disconnection of the ACT Fibernet service.
Full refund of ₹1, 943.
Investigation of Abhay Srivastava and Satish for their role in facilitating this fraudulent behavior.
Investigation into ACT Fibernet’s business practices, as it seems they are engaging in unethical and deceitful conduct with many consumers.
