[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act sending us bills after deactivating internet | |||||
We had been prepaid subscribers of act fibernet (Internet service) from 2016 to 2018. As prepaid subscribers, we pay for internet bill one month in advance.in july 2018, we were out of town and we could not pay the bill by 10th. Without even asking us, act disconnected our internet service. We were greatly troubled by disconnection and we decided to move on to another internet subscriber. But their customer care agents kept on calling us. We told them we were no longer interested. But act fibernet continues to send us bills long after they have disconnected our service. We are shocked that they have sent us a consolidated bill of 1593 for the months of july and august when they have not given us a byte of internet in the month of august. Act continues to harass us by sending us bills and their customer agents keep on calling us. We need a resolution and such bullying behavior and unabashed cheating needs to stop right away Was this information helpful? | |||||
