ACT Fibernet — activation not done even after the payment done

I’ve activated my connection at my new place by paying the amount on 22.07.2019. They asked to wait for a day, later asked to wait for 10 days. It’s been so many days now and i don’t have internet inspite of paying. They’re not even responding on calls. They are just insisting me on waiting more. It’s almost a month now since i’ve paid the amount. Please help.
