[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — amount paid but activation not done request for deactivation | |||
Hi sir I have applied for ACT Fiber Broadband connection on 23rd May'18, as per there terms, they asked me take the 9 months plan for which they have offered me free installation and free wireless router, i agreed for there offer and they asked me to make the payment before connection then only they process he says, i agreed for there terms and i paid the amount 11210/- on 23rd May'18 for 9 months plan. on 25th one person came form Act fiber he was given me the wireless router and he pulled the cable in to my house and he went away after that no one was came to my place to activate the connection. I use to call them almost every day to send some to activate my connection, after my complaints also non of them have came to my home to activate my connection. Most important thing was they started my billing with out getting my connection activated, they don't have an courtesy to check with new customer whether the connection is activated or not, are there any issues. how come they can start billing that really irritating me, i feel that bcoz of my money is there with them so they can do any thing with costumer. If the same any costumer was there in monthly payment mode and he crossed the due date in making the payment they used bar the services immediately without giving any chance to the costumer. why for them like this and why for new customer who paid in advance payment for 9 months how much service care they need to take. Finally i placed request for them to cancel my services on 29th even through they did not feel any thing that they are loosing one new costumer. till today non of them have came to resolve the issue and also they did't closed my request for cancel the services its still pending till today. I request you kindly look into this and also see them that they get penalized so that it will be a lesson for them.
