[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — amount paid but no connection and no response from their team. | |||
Amount 2891/- has been paid on[protected] for new internet connection but till now they have not provided from last 5 days they are replying that they will resolve the issue in 24 hrs but till now they couldn't able to resolve. No one is responding to our query when we connected to customer care. This is what they are providing the service to customer bagging the amount from customer and not providing the service. I believe they are not capable to provide the service to the customer. But the hod-dings are like they are number one, yes they are grabbing the amount from the customers. they are number one.
