* worst customer service i have ever seen
* 15th june 2020 i had made a payment through act app for a new wifi connection.. Paid nearly 5k bugs for the installation and router. Until 7 days i got no phone call neither they replied to my calls nor to my msgs. Careless!
* then, after 8 days of payment, no response but then i got a message that amount will be refunded. And its 26th june today.. No amount is credited to my account, no person has called yet.
* how long will it take for our amt to be credited to our acc?? No calls. No remedy. Was this information helpful? |
