[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — assured offer not fulfilled

Act bangalore has offered to increase the bandwidth and datalimit of my current plan if i pay 6 month bill in advance. I made the payment and plan was not changed. I made many calls to customer care and they assured plan will change. After many months, plan is not yet changed. I need plan upgrade and compensation for the missed bandwidth and datalimit from october 2019
