[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Auto Payment | |||||
I have raised a request on 23rd of Jan to remove from the auto pay for the account and got the confirmation also. even after that Feb 13 they have deducted again for 1206 amount and when I spoke with the customer care we will raise a request to remove from the auto pay but amount won't be refunded. this is ridiculous service from the ACT and I never expect this type of issues from the ACT atleast.
