Hi all,

This is the fourth time i am facing this issue within 1 month of time with three reopen tickets.

1 may 2020 — sr[protected]
24 may 2020 — sr[protected]
3 jun 2020 — sr[protected]
11 june 2020 — sr[protected] (Reopen thrice still it is pending).

The first two times the backend issue application and websites are not working. But from the 15th early morning on wards the full internet is gone.

This is a very pathetic service provided to the customer. I am really frustrated with this service and the resolution provided by you team members. This is no proper support and also there is no compensation up to now from the ticket which was raised from may also each ticket resolution is taking more than 1 week to resolve the issue. Nowadays it takes months to resolve.

If there is small rain fiber cut there. This is how the cables are laid to the customers and customers are effecting. Really pathetic situation, i want this to be resolved asap by today i. E. 16 june 2020.

Please let us know if people are not able to handle the issue. I will go with other broadband service providers who are providing at least better service especially when there is fiber cut etc.
I am just holding this connection as i am getting better speed compared to a reputed company near to my house. Of course there are few service providers who are providing the same speed with less price but the same thing about the service.

Please resolve this asap.

Now the new story is they closed my old ticket SR[protected] which was raised on 11 June 2020 and they open ticket with out knowing the us.SR[protected] God know when it was raised. ?As they want to give compensation beyond the particular time so simply closing the tickets.

To connect the customer care i need waste min of 1-3 hours to connect. but for the same to connect Nodel officer i need to try for 2 -3 days to connect. What the stupid and worst service they are providing.

Any issue is ACT customer care or Nodel office they will say 24 hours or will resolve EOD it will resolve. and if any technician call they are not at all responding in the proper manner.

Not sure how many EOD is required. Now the Rainy season they are taking advantages and playing the customers time and money.

Please do and revolve the issue at the earliest. from last one month we are struggling either by 1. Slow internet 2. servers down 3. Fiber cut and 4. Main is COVID-19. Govt clear inform 100% can work with safety. this is the simple logic answers using by the service providers.

    I have issue with my bill, i took connection on feb 22nd for 3 months + 1 month free act silver plan. Today my account got suspended due to unpaid bill and when i contacted my regional servicer he told me that your bill wrong please try to contact superiors and resolve your issue with them. I paid 1948 for 4 months since in the beginning they told me that you will get 1 month free and the due for last one week data usage in february was around 177. So my due should be 177 and i will pay that but in the app it's showing 825 and i can't pay amount less than the due shown. I already paid for this month but my net got suspended. Even i tried to contact customer care but it's not available and ur not even responding for mails. I want immediate customer support and please call me as soon as possible. Don't send me those whatsapp bot numbers they are useless 😡 i want customer support.

      I heard act was the best service in fiber net and choosed it now i am regretting having taken it. Earlier i had bsnl for several years and if there are issues it was actioned within 2 days. I am writing this mail with a lot of pain after getting my act connection.
      My connection has been affected since last thursday and no action has been taken from act time in spite of several requests.
      During pandemic and work from home its very difficult to call the call center and the reply is just 24 hours. I would request your goodself to help me in

        My connection is not working from last thursday 11/6/2020. I ahve raised the connection immediately and still date the connection is not fixes.in spite of mailing to entire management also no one is responding.           Hi,

          My name is akbar ali from bangalore rahmathnagar r t nagar post -560032.

          I had placed an order for new connection and till now i have not received any confirmation about the installation.

          I have been contacting the customer care multiple times but there is no proper information given by them.

          Pathetic customer service in have ever seen in my life.

          Its really frustrating me that after placing the order i have not got any confirmation

          Please help me in this

          My issue is still not resolved ACT guys are useless.

          They still complicating my issue instead of resolving it.

          I need Internet connection for which i have already done the payment and now these guys are saying payment is not reflecting in back-end. What kind of customer service they are giving i do not understand.

          I have paid my hard earn and I need internet connection and compensation for the trouble they have caused.

              I requested for a new connection from act fibernet more than a week ago. I paid the full amount, but nobody has contacted me for the installation who promised me a new connection within a week’s time. The customer care service is very disappointing as nobody’s helping me out. I work from home and this is causing a lot of issues for me. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                Internet not working/Wifi router configuration

                I have raised a complaint SR[protected] today (16/6/2020) on No internet service as well as wifi router configuration issue. Since no action has been taken and not received any call from ACT support personnel, i have called the customer care executive number. After a long struggle, i was able to reach out a customer care personnel, and she informed me that my issue can be taken as high priority as it is the repeated issue for second time...

                From June 6th my internet is not working. The customer care numbers are saying invalid. After trying for 100 times, once it got connected, it kept me waiting, and when my time was over it got disconnected.
                Recently around June 6, I could see in my WIFI list of network 2 new Act connections have come up starting with Act1023...
                Since then my connection is gone.

                It is very upsetting no action is taken against my complaint and not even their customer care numbers are working properly. It is not fair, they charge Rs100 per day as late fee for bill payment. And this case they will charge Rs.1240 even though almost 11 days no internet service is available

                  5 months back, i bought an act storm 3 months plan connection in which they were giving a free wi-fi router. After that i have been doing normal 1 month recharge since 2 months. I am shifting to another city so i asked them to deactivate and close my connection. But now they are asking me to submit or pay for that free router.

                      Hello sir,

                      I chose to avail act fibernet broadband services on 13th june. The executive was quick to take my documents for verification and also 3 months advance payment plus an additional charge for installation. I was assured that my account with act will be activated on the same day and a field executive will visit my house on 14th june for checking feasibility and if found feasible, a connection would be provided in the next 1- 2 days. And incase the cable needs to be drawn, a connection was promised in 3-4 days. Based on this assurance, i requested for disconnection from my existing service provider as well. It has been three days and i have not even been contacted for checking feasibility and there is no sign of getting a connection as well. I have no internet now and in this covid situation, i am unable to work as well. The act customer care numbers are never reachable and i have no way of knowing the status as well.

                        As i have not been informed of their increase of plan's amount before the bill generated, the adjustment of the amount for non-availability of their service, must be done with rs 425 and not with the new amount (Rs450).
                        Act has increased the plan's amount from rs 425 to rs 450 without informing me (Customer).

                        I was not having internet facility for 12 days/ because of you un-availability of the internet service.
                        Also, the calculation of the adjustment in the bill is not correct.
                        So i request you to please share the calculation sheet.
                        Unless and until these things are not clarified or settled up, i cannot pay the bill.

                        Following things i need to get:
                        1. Calculation of adjusted amount
                        2 the adjustment amount should be adjusted with the base amount i. E rs425.
                        Here is the calculation:
                        425/30=14.1666
                        14.1666 * 12 days = 170
                        425 - 170 = 255
                        Tax 9% + 9%) should be calculated on 255 which would be : 45.9
                        Total payable amount should be - 255 + 45.9 = rs 300.9
                        So my payable amount is rs 300.9 instead of rs 402.

                            Hi,

                            I requested a new connection to the ACT Fibernet almost a month back. And got a callback from ACT sales executive - Vinod Gowda (phone - [protected]). I made the payment (7, 498 /-) on ACT app on 23/05/2020 for 6 months. After paying, one guy from ACT told me that my area needs junction box installation and will come back in 2 days. After that no one came for installation and didn't provide any wifi router/internet connection as per the plan chosen. I am not able to reach out ACT customer service numbers and tried calling the sales executive. Everytime I call sales executive, got a reply that he will send people for installation but till now no one came. I have written email to ACT customer support, but didn’t get any response. Very poor and terrible service provided. Please help in providing the new connection or refund the money paid to them.

                              They are not taking my calls and updating the status. Since in current condition internet is necessity, Act is failing to provide facility to customer.

                                We were using ACT fiber net in coimbatore and we had to shift our premises to a new one.We placed a request to them to transfer the connection.After several communication, they finally arrived to us and told us that, they cannot provide connection as there is an 110kv electricity line crossing over us.As we had no option we had to opt disconnection and refund.We have just used their services for 1 month and we have paid for 7 months subscription.

                                We got a message recently that "Your Issue has been Resolved".But the fact is that, we didn't receive any refund to our bank account.While we are trying to call them, No one picks the call.We went to their office, where the security person didnot allow us to enter the office.

                                Its been 1 month we have placed the request for Refund.No one picks the call and all are irresponsible.

                                  I took act fibernet connection last month and within a month i faced lot of outage for continuous days due to which i lost my credibility in my professional career.

                                  Now i am answerable to my management.in this covid situation, while we work from home, act fibernet does not provide me internet for many days together due to which i have severe mental pressure and depression.

                                  I need compensation from act fibernet equal to my salary for the days internet was not working. I also request to ban act fibernet from providing faulty service.

                                    I had raised an complaint sr[protected] on june 9th of 2020 regarding internet connection not being able to use their service, and have been calling them to check for resolution, unfortunately every time care team has only one answer, it will be resolved by next 24 hrs, which has stretched to 144 hours in total and still no resolution, due to their irresponsible behavior, i have suffered pay loss, missed my classes and suffering emotionally, such an horrible experience, during signing their representative made a lot of promises, which they have not up held.
