[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — bad customer service | |||||
Hi, I am from bangalore i am using act last 6 months, i got 3 times issue with act, first time it took 10 days to resolve the issue, whenever we call the act you will get connected after 20 minutes (Bad customer service). Then they will tell like it will resolve with in 24 hours but it will long last for 6 to 10 days to solve the issue. One another thing is every 2 months there will be a cable cut happening in our area. Again it will take 3 to 5 days. Now i am not getting internet last 3 days when, i given complaint they are telling that some cable cut happened in your area it will take 1 week to resolve the problem.
