[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Bad service | |||||
My account number is[protected] It has been five days and running since the internet is down and i have been following up with the customer care desk to have this fixed... With no end. They don't call nor reply to their emails. It is let up to us to call them to find out what is happening and if at all they did get a chance to check on it. First ticket no:[protected] (8 oct, 2016) - closed without the issue being resolved Next ticket no: [protected] (11 oct, 2016) - pending endlessly. The customer care has a standard response of attending to it in 24 hours which never ends. Even after escalating the issue to their appellate authority which is apparently their escalation desk... Nobody takes any notice of it. Since i have taken a prepaid subscription i am left at their mercy to work things out. I want to report their bad service and take up a legal case to make them more accountable and to give them a strong warning to avoid such cases in the future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
