I would like to bring to your attention the horrible service that i as a customer is facing.
I used to face frequent disconnection and speed fluctuations and for which i have raised multiple complaints. Each time the complaint is closed saying the server is rebooted and it will be fine henceforth. But i continue to face the same issue over ans over again.
Today dated 04/11/2019 my internet is not even working and as i was doing my official work from home i was completely blocjed and hence i got into serious official troubles.
I called custimer service multiple times and every time i was given false promises. I was told that there were server issues. I was not even intimated of the downtime or else i would have planned accordingly instead of getting into unexpected troubles.
I still don't expect a better service from your end and i guess this email as well will not matter. But as a customer who is paying hefty amount for the services i need to bring it to some one notice.
