[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Beam Cheated Us By Taking an Advance and Not provided A connection till today

Hi, I have opted the new connection on 24 September 2014 Agent name:Srinivas ctc#[protected] came home and we agreed to make advance payment for a plan for 6 months (Cheque and documents given) Paid an amount of Rs 2657/- bill#235083 invoice#514754 and did not get the connection till today and we have made numerous calls to the Customer care and this agent however there was no proper response from any of them I have raised a refund request for my amount Whenever I call Beam Customer Care they are saying that their executive will call me back and now when we call they state a check would sent to our home however haven't received the check yet For these follow ups and without connection BEAM PROVIDES A VERY BAD SERVICE CHEATED US BY TAKING AMOUNT WITH ANY CONNECTION Could you please suggest me how to get my refund ASAP.please take a strict action against them as they are cheating their customers in such a way
