[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Beam Fiber - Installation not yet done till now and raising the tickets and no resolution provided as such | |||
Hi Sir...I have requested for a Beam/Act broad band connection and they have charged an amount of 2780/-Rs as in advance for 6 months.The committed installation date is on 27th June 2015.Till the time Internet is not provided to me. When ever I call the customer care they raise a fresh ticket and say with in 24hrs the issue will resolve. I have almost called more than 40 times to the sales person and the customer care.They are not care at all. Please take the appropriate action... Was this information helpful? | |||
