ACT Fibernet — Beam Internet - Took money and now not providing internet connection

Hi, I registered for internet supply for my home from Beam (Atria Convergence Technologies) in hyderabad. Their executive Mr Praveen Visited and took the advance on 2nd July and assured me that the connection will be up by 3rd of July. We are cruising into 6th of july, still no one have contacted me. It seems they have taken money and stop bothering. I have been calling them daily. The executive who came to take papers and advance does not pick up the call and the customer care will always tell me we have registered the complaint and an action will be taken in 24 hours. And its been 3*24 hours and neither will they refund me the money nor install the internet connection. Please help!

Its Friday. Still they are just Sharing Numbers and Not resolving the Issue.Its been 7 days since they took money and they are not willing to put the internet connection. Please help.
