Hello Beam, I am facing an connectivity issue from past 1 week onwards, daily I have to raise a complains, but none of your team has resolved the issue when ever we are calling to beam we have to be on line for more than 30 min and your team is playing cheap road side tricks with the customers, if customer is asking to escalate an higher level, simply they will place us on hold for more than 40 min and we will fud up and we have to disconnect the line it is going on daily bases and we visited an beam office but no response, at last I went and checked the centralised switch box it has locked and I seen that there is no power to that switch I asked to house owner what's the issue and owner gave me the brief details . By his own word. saying that from past one year onwards he didn't received current bill for this switch so that the reason he switched off the power plug, Now tell me beam I am paying you the bill every month, So here what I have do and If you guys are not capable to provide service to customer just inform to the customer that you are incapable, so that we can go for another service provider, altho we are paying tax 19% tax to you guys...I need answer from you guys.
