I requested a disconnection on 15/3/2022 and I wanted a bill waiver because I only used 53 GB of the total 3300 GB I was allocated, and I did not want to pay for the whole 6 months in advance. The service executive was very rude and hung up the phone on me prematurely before I could ask him about the bill details. Will not recommend ACT
