ACT Fibernet — billing and customer service issue | |
I am really frustrated with the act customer service. I paid rs. 1000 as a reconnection offer for which the service representative said you will get internet service for 2 months. That is for january and february 2020. I paid the bill on 7th january. But from 7th of february my internet speeds reduced and after that on 11th february connection is suspended with a reason “non payment of bill”. I raised a service request and i clearly mentioned the issue and also informed them to escalate it and check for a quick resolution as that would affect my office work. Even after 24 hours i did not receive a call back. The next day i called them asking for a resolution in 10 minutes and i will not hang up the call till the issue is resolved and then they reactivated my account immediately. But today 17th february, i received a message saying my account will be suspended tonight. Do i have to follow up multiple times even after payment of bill? And i don’t even get the terminology of act. They say i did not pay the bill. This is a prepaid service and why do they say i have bills pending? Was this information helpful? | |
