I've applied for connection on 24th April 2015 for 6 months, but the connection got activated in the 2nd week of June, 2015 due to issue from ACT Fibernet end. Their engineer has visited my house more than 10 times to resolve and finally we could use the services during June, 2015 second week. And at that time they have promised that billing cycle shall start from the date o[censored]sage on wards.
Since 1st week of October, 2015 I get calls and SMS from the company to pay the bill, when registered for a complaint for waive off for non usage (due to issue from ACT fibernet end) in customer care on 7th October 2015 . Since then I've to follow up frequently ( raised complaints on 13th, 21st, 27th, and 29th October, 2015) on the issue but till date there is no effort to resolve the issue. The day we register complaint one executive calls and asks to repeat the entire issue and finally says he will have to speak to their superiors. The same drama is continuing since 7th October, 2015. I receive a message on 29th October, 2015 stating the complaint is closed whereas the issue is still unresolved.
