[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — billing | |||||
I have paid my june 2017 act internet bill on time through online. But as per act billing team, the bank statement have reversed the amount 1034 to my bank account. Then i have provided my june to till date bank statement in which the charged back was not present. I have sent more than 5-6 mails to the helpdesk but did not get a positive response from act team. I have followed-up with my bank and they also told the same as per their investigation with the merchant. Now its been more than 12 days, act team is not resolving the issue. Everyday the same statement they are giving that they will resolve it asap. Below is the ticket number for which i have raised the concern.
