I have been following up with customer care for days, written emails for the same but no response
The server box is in my building and even after reminding the company of compensation of electric charges for the bill, it is not waived off since the start of my connection (approx 1.5 years) except for a couple of months waive off.
Even when there is downtime from their end no reduction in the monthly rental as well. I have told them about this but still no action on their end.
This company is only looting us and not giving any proper service or help.
I raised the complaint about electric charges to waive off, downtime time waive off but still, the same monthly rental charges bill has been raised.
No action has been taken, no proper reply to emails. No solution.
As a customer I am frustrated by this and really want an action against this
