ACT Fibernet — Billing Dispute | |
I've been using ACT Fibernet for more than two years until now. For past 19 months ACT was billing me for the bandwidth of 1GBPs where i received only 350 Mbps, and the same was accepted by management as error and compromised with waiver of the receiver setup and current outstanding. Now the finance department has denied the waiver stating "Customer is not eligible for waiver" where ACT Finance team has committed fraud by overbilling customer for the service which was not provided. My ACT Account Number is:[protected]. I've all the proof for ACT finance team committing illegal billing to me and the same has been escalated to the company secretary and CEO with no response.
