[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Billing issue

I am facing two problems.
1. i paid the bill on 16th sep but from past 4 days my internet is not working. plz resolve fast i need internet as i am student.

2. my mobile no[protected]
the above number is linked woth 2 accounts
1.[protected]active)
2.[protected]deactive)
please delete the deactive account so that i can use act whatsapp([protected])

these are the two main problems please resolve fast
i thought that act is the fast and the best in india but, u guys are making it wrong. plz resolve this issue
