The worst customer service i have ever seen.
I asked for disconnection on sep 10 2017 and i was out of country for 2 months. I came back on nov 7th 2017 and requested for reactivation by paying an amount of 912 which was showing on act app.
Later again dec 1st they generates one more bill of 2122 and when i raised concern of billing on dec 13 thy dosconnected my connection and upon multiple follow ups with customer service also they are nor reactivating my connection and not resolving my billing issues.
Because of their problem i have to be at office late nights as i dnt have internet connection.
I want to file dispute against them. Worst customer service and for wrong billing.
Pleasr takr this forward and help me.
