[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Billing query taking too long - SR[protected]
No offense on the support and services provided so far but getting hard now to get.
Since Q4 Dec-2017, I am having Act fibernet connection UID:[protected]. I was not given electricity charges discount for FTTH box being installed as part of connection.
Every year during renewal i was said that the power charges will be credited to my account and gets debited during next renewal which never happened.
I am due for renewal on 10/01/2022 and am awaiting for resolution of SR[protected] which was raised on 04/01/2022 to proceed with payment after discount.
