Last month 24th i requested to shift my connection and till the date i didn't get the connection in my home, due to the bad service provided by ACT and the customer care executive attitude i am forced for the disconnection of the account. as i didn't used the internet i would like to know about the refund of the amount paid for shifting and i believe that as the bill is generated first of the month i haven't used the connection i don't need to pay anything to ACT, if not send me the complete data usage on monthly basis to clear the usage and to confirm the same.
