Hi,

Since we were relocating I asked the company to disconnect my connection and refund the balance amount or transfer the same amount to one of friends account.. they are denying both the options..please do help to get my refing

102255125912 is the account ID, all the people from your Customer care is telling the same Parrot Answer

I would also like to know the Balance left in my account as well

All i would Ask you is to transfer it to one of My friends account with ID 102632977730; how can this also be not done..

how can a force a person to get a new subscription in a city like Bangalore where every household Almost as some or the other Internet Provider

No response here as well, I might have to take help from consumer forum if i don't get any satisfactory Answers
