After i got my new broadband connection everything was working fine.
Suddenly i started getting this network configuration issue.please find the screenshot below for reference.
I called up Customer Care and made a complaint regarding this and they said it will be fixed ASAP.
It has been 5 weeks and no progress in this. 2 weeks after the complaint i got a call(13/06/2015) from executive informing that I can fix the issue on my own and I shouted back at him then why do you have customer service after which the executive said he will come to the location and fix the issue but nothing has happened till now.
