[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Broadband connection | |||
I had requested a new act fibernet connection (Enquiry id:[protected] on july 7th 2020. After completing the process for document submission and payment, the field engineer team said that a connection wouldn’t be possible in the required location. I haven’t been able to contact the salesman for refund. Customer care has cut my calls 3 times after being asked to wait. Request refund of paid amount as soon as posiible.
