Heavy packets drops and internet issues since last 2 months, no resolution yet. Act is not even bothered about the issue reported. Account number 11599989 Hi act fibernet incompetent team, My issue has not been resolved since the last 2 months and apparently the act engineers are not competent enough to fix this issue. If your technical team is not able to identify the issue, request the concerned technicians to please step down from their jobs. There are many qualified and able engineers out there who can fix these issues at lower wages than yours. Nodal and appellate officers clearly lack skills to intervene and guide this issue to a permanent fix. I myself being a network specialist for cisco can challenge act fibernet that this packet drop issue can be resolved "within a day". Request you to please fix the issue right away. Shame on all you guys including the act customer care who made numerous false promises every single time i called in..!!!
