Hi, i am rudra prakash with act username: 11940622. My bb connection is again disconnected despite the same issue happened last month and called many times the act customer care and logged complaint in consumer forum to reactivate. Now it is again disconnected. I paid the money for 6+1 months subscription charges through act app and they are disconnecting every month... Please see the below message of last month regarding reactivation. Dear subscriber your act broadband account is reactivated. User name 11940622 helpline[protected] or email helpdesk. Hi, my ticket no is [protected], paid 6 months money 0n 12th this month, till today Installation has not happend, People call me at different times other than time given, No one is bothered to come and connect at the Given Time of appointment, I had a very good opinion about the Co, You guys are not Proffesionals,

My complaint is--- Why you are asking me to pay Rs 316 now -
I have already paid one years Plan amount Rs 7475 in cash to your representative who visited my house, 5-6-107 Agapura, Hyderabad .
As agreed, My plan is totally a new one and I paid the said amount in cash to your representative .
He did not give me any receipt. But he told that I will get connected.
The connection has been given .
To day, I surprise to see a message stating to pay Rs 316-- Why-
When I called the customer care-- You are telling me that I have to pay re connection charges.-
My connection is totally a new package-- which I agreed and paid Rs 7475--
Your representative never told about re connection or any charges.
If it is re connection, the charges would have been collected before activation.
I am not going to pay any charges because I already paid the agreed Cash amount of Rs 7475 as per the plan for one year .
Please send the your representative to me, who visited my house and agreed and collected the said money.
