[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Broadband connection not installed

Applied for New connection on 19/12/2015 and paid RS 4100/-. New account opened[protected] and new ticket([protected]) registered. But broadband has not been installed till date. Initially he agreed to install on next day 20th Dec. But later Sales person told me there is some issue with ports in my building which will be resolved 23 dec after that connection will be installed. I wasn't in hyderabad from 24th Dec, so I asked him to install on sunday 27 Dec. Since 27th till date no one has come to install the connection. So I have initiated request([protected]) on 27/12/2015. First time customer case executive said there won't be any refund but amount can be transferred to another account. Next time another person told I will be receiving call from accounts department and will receive cheque within 15 working days. So I not sure about refund.

After logging complaint here, received call from ACT customer care, saying ACT is issuing refund cheque. I received cheque today.
