[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — broadband connection not working

Hi team,

We do not have internet connection in the building and had raised a ticket for this on 12th june. There has been no update on the request and even after trying innumerable times, we are getting now proper response from the customer service.

Can you please check what the issue is and immediately send an engineer on site? We are suffering due to this issue since 8 days and there is no help being provided.

Kindly look into this urgently.

I have been getting similar response for last 7 days. Can you provide an ETA for the resolution? And also state why is it taking this long to resolve the issue.

Please disconnect my ACT fibernet as I am shifting .
I have been following up for the last 10 days.

Despite my several Email request to terminate the ACT, no response from them.
