[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — broadband connection not working | |||
Hi team, We do not have internet connection in the building and had raised a ticket for this on 12th june. There has been no update on the request and even after trying innumerable times, we are getting now proper response from the customer service. Can you please check what the issue is and immediately send an engineer on site? We are suffering due to this issue since 8 days and there is no help being provided. Kindly look into this urgently. Yes the issue has now been resolved. Thanks for your support. The only pain point here was that it took 8 days and countless hours of follow ups to resolve the issue!
