[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Broadband connectivity issue and call centre person non responsive

I have been having repeated ACT broadband connectivity issues at macha bolarum, Hyderabad happening almost every month. The worst part is it is extremely tough to reach their customer care number and after all the efforts once we get connected, the concerned person will not provide any solution and just beat around the bush stating " we will try our best and we cannot give you a confirmation on when the problem will be resolved". To top it one of the girl to whom I spoke after repeated lamentation said she will connect to some higher authority and abruptly cut the call. Also she did not arrange any call back. They claim they will sort the issue in 24 hrs, but it never happens. Also they do not have any connect with the field workers is what the call centre person mentioned during one of my calls. Their escalation hierarchy is totally disconnected and clueless.
