[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Broadband connectivity issue | |||
Customer ID[protected] Our broadband service down from 3rd Feb . Despite repeated complaints to all levels of ACT Chennai ACT gives only standard reply of resolution in 48 hrs and closing complaints without resolution. Have raised issue with Nodal officer Chennai with no response or Communication Such good tech but very badly supported.
