[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Broadband disconnection without notice | |||||
I have a Broadband connection with ACT, with Account ID:[protected]. Along with this, there was YuppTV offer of 99/- per month. I have sent an email request to unsubscribe me from the YuppTV offer. They have totally disconnected my internet connection altogether (4th Oct, 2016). I have made several calls, and raised tickets. They agreed that it was their mistake and they promised to look into it in the next one hour, but didnt reactivate my connection till next afternoon (5th Oct, 2016). The major issue is the lies that they kept telling everytime I called, that they have escalated the issue and it will addressed in the next one hour. I had even conveyed that I am a disc prolapse patient, working from home and dont even have an alternative, but dependent on them. In my second call, I had even asked the guy to be practical and realistic and tell me the truth instead of giving me BS of immediate reconnection. Was this information helpful? | |||||
