[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Broadband New Connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for new connection on 28.09.2021 in Cpimbatore Saravanampatty.

Act sales executive named Saravanan([protected])
Contacted me and visited my home. I told him tht my home is in New residential area and please check and remind me whether connection is feasible or not . He after 20 mins checked that me home is only within 320 meters from ACT box so connection is feasible and so I have paid bill for 3471 rs .

After following up of two days and an engineer from ACT has called me tht connection for my home is more than 550 meters and connection is not feasible.

So when I called Saravanan regarding this and told to refund the amount and cancel the connection and also enquired why he has told me lies tht connection is only 320 meters for my home.

He verbally spoken indecency with me and told me tht money will refund to my 9 September. Till now my money not yet refunded and when I called on Saturday regarding this he spoke indecency and go to ACT office and cut the call.

I just want refund of my money and take care of idiotic Sales guy who are spoiling the ACT Name by giving fake promises and speaking indecency with potential customers in Coimbatore

I hope tht you guys will take necessary action and warn tht guy and refund my amount to my account within today.
