Hello, This is with regard to my multiple requests to shift the broad band connection which have not been attended till today. Below are the request nos. [protected] on 29 may [protected] on 5 june [protected] on 8 june [protected] on 8 june Please note that the request was to shift the connection from my previous residence in the first floor to the new residence in the ground floor of the same building. I was told by one of your executives that i will be attended to shortly and did not involve any complication in installation as the previous occupant in the ground floor also was an act subscriber and that the same wiring could be used. But till today nobody has turned up and no further action to attend to my request. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience to do online transactions.
