[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Broadband Wired Network Issue/Wire Cut-Off and Response to concerns
I have been associated with ACT Fibernet since 7 months, and since that time, I have witnessed issue with ACT box problems, wire cut off or some or other concerns and for the same reason I have lost 2 days of my salary already, once in August and once in November, and had a blackmark in career as I have to leave the clients' calls abruptly, and today that is 12/01/2022, because of wire cut off I have lost my salary today too, I am trying to contact customer center since Yesterday night, but in vain, no one contacted yet and very very very poor response to customers. As my secondary connections' network is always poor in my location, I have preferred ACT, but with ACT too I am facing lots of problems like in responding, in addressing concerns, in connecting to ACT customer care center, etc. Very Bad Experience I am having because of ACT.
And When I already have a connection, why do I get calls from ACT regarding "Select 1 for Reconnection, Select 2 for Connect back and Pay later", etc etc etc. Why I get such calls frequently. When I work sometimes in night and sleeping, I get such calls and going back again to sleep is of very bad thing. I am seriously fed up. If just an 10 minutes delay in bill payment on 15th, they will Disconnect my connection within seconds.
I promise that I will never ever refer any family, friends or my clients to never ever prefer ACT.
