ACT Fibernet — cancellation of subscription

Invoice for next cycle has already been generated and is due for march 15 but i do not want to continue the subscription. Kindly cancel the subscription as i will not be using it after march 15. I will not be using the account for sometime so i would like to cancel the next subscription. I have sent a mail as well as called customer care but there has been no response.
