ACT Fibernet — Cancelling new connection request delayed

My act account number :[protected]. I have paid rs 2903 on 05.07.2022. Technical team refused to give connection as not able to provide connection and it will take days. But more than 3 days there is no communication from them or no initialization to provide connection.
I have raised ticket to get my money back ticket no:SR[protected] but there is no proper response.

Updated by udhayavanan As i received message from ACT issue will be resolved by today. There is no response or communication from ACT. I am not sure whether u people giving connection or returning my money back am clueless. any one whoever seeing this from ACT. Can you pls give me solution whether what ACT is doing.
Anyway you don't need to worry because customer is the loser.
