Hello Team,
I have recently renewed my plan however, when I called customer care about speed issue they said that my router is not supported with 75 Mbps plan and it supports only 40 Mbps hence, i requested for change plan but they denied and not willing to change the plan.
When I am not using 75 Mbps plan than why should I Pay for that plan.
Even I am not asking for refund only to change the plan.
