I have been charged even after disconnection request. The ticket that was raised SR[protected] for disconnection was closed on JUly 2nd 2019. But ACT has raised a bill for half month, that is till July 15th. I called them so many times and informed that the disconnection did not happen from ACT end. Tye also promised that they will not charge any amount for the month of july 2019. Now I realize that they are a real cheat.
